Hello and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show how to play a video on YouTube while still using the YouTube application on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button located on the top of the phone

   .

   Once the phone has been activated, we will see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, swipe the screen upwards

   .

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we will see the home screen and at the bottom we will see some icons.It is one of these icons that we now need to access, as we need to open up the Applications folder.

   We need this icon located at the bottom of the home screen and in the middle

   We can see that there is a grid made up of white dots. Press down on this icon and it will open up our Applications folder.

   In this folder, we need to find the YouTube application

   .

   Mine is located in here. We can see that there is the YouTube icon which is a big, red button and in the middle there is the white triangle. Underneath, it says the word "YouTube". Your YouTube application may be in a different position in this folder. Therefore, you will need to find it and then press down on the icon to enter the application. In this video, we want to show how to play a video on YouTube while still using the YouTube application.

   To do that, we must first find a video

   We are going to use this one here, "DoseOne - Ethereal Downtime". We can press down on the video, and it's going to start playing.

   Let's press down on the screen

   We want this icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen. We can see that there is an arrow pointing downwards. Press down on that.

   Now, we can see that this video has shrunk down into this position, and we are still free to use this application

   We can search, we can do whatever we need to do, and we can still use everything here. The video is still playing, and we can still listen to the music.

   If we want to turn this video off, we can do that

   .

   We need to press down on the video to bring it back into the main screen or if we press down on this icon again in the top left-hand corner, we can just swipe this video out of the way. Press down on the video, swipe to left, and we can see that will delete that video.
