To begin, we should already have a video imported into Photoshop

To view the preview, we click the sideways triangle at the left-hand side
.
It is the play icon. Photoshop will play the video from wherever the red scroller is. Although we are playing a video as a preview, it might look quite slow or quite behind the scroller in our Photoshop preview. However, the video will be OK after we render it. The reason for this is that a lot of things happen if we use a high-definition video. Photoshop is resource-demanding, and it might be too much to handle for older computers. The preview might lag behind the scroller or skip frames.

When we play the video, we can click the pause symbol
.
The symbol is a square while the video is playing.

We can move forward by a frame by clicking the symbol next to the play symbol

We'll jump forward in small portions.
