To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the "power" button located on the right-hand side of the phone

Once the phone is activated, we'll see the lock screen

Swipe the lock screen up, and this will take us to the home screen.

On the home screen, we need to find the Viber tile

It has a purple background with the Viber logo in the middle, which is a white speech bubble with a white phone inside. If it has not been pinned to the home screen, swipe the screen to the left and find it in the "Apps" menu. Once you've located the Viber tile wherever it may be, press down on it to enter the application.

Find a chat to pin to the home screen

What we want to do in this video is show you how to pin a chat to the home screen. The reason we do this is because it allows us very quick access to a particular chat. If we talk to someone a lot and we're in constant communication with them, it makes it a lot easier just to pin their chat to our home screen so that we can access it very quickly. To do this, we need to find a chat. Enter the "chats" section. It will say "chats" at the top of the screen in white text. If you are not in this section, swipe left or right until you are in this section.

Once there, find and select a chat

In the example, we only have one. It's with our friend "H". Therefore, we need to press down on this option because it's our only one, but you can choose one of many if you have multiple options. Press down on their icon or name to enter the chat.

If we want to pin this chat to our home screen, we need to press the ellipses icon located at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

This is our chat with our friend "H". You can see we're sending him lots of very important things.

Some options will appear

Press the option at the top, "pin to start". It will take us back to the home screen.

You can see here, we have our Viber chat tile
.
It has now been pinned to the home screen. It has the Viber logo, the same as the Viber tile but because our contact does not actually have a profile, it's just the anonymous profile photo, which is the outline of the head and shoulders. If the contact that you've pinned to the home screen does have a profile photo, then that photo will appear here. You can see that the tile has been pinned successfully.

If we want to unpin the tile and we don't want this any longer, just press down on the tile and hold

Now you see it's selected. The rest of the screen's gone into shadow, and you can see that the tile is more pronounced.

At the top of the tile, there is a white pin with a line through it in the white circle

Press down on it to get rid of the tile. To go back to the screen, press down on the screen.
