Steps

    We press "F3"
    .
    We will see our different desktops. We have five.

    We can add even more desktops by going over to the far right top corner of the screen and clicking the plus icon

    We can click and drag our Word document and move it to the second desktop
    .
    So, the first desktop can be for social media.

    If we press "Control" and "2", we will go to the second desktop

    Alternatively, we can press "Control" and the right and left arrows keys to move between desktops

    The other option is to take three fingers and swipe right or left on the trackpad

    To move items between the desktops, we can choose them once we are on the desktop and move them to a different desktop

    Another way to move items between desktops is to click and hold the top of the document and then press "Control" and the number of the desktop to which we want to send the item
    .
    For example, if we want to send a Word document to the second desktop, we press "2" while holding the top of the document. Alternatively, we press "1" to move the item to the first desktop. Let's press "2" and leave the document on the second desktop.
