Steps

    After you've opened up Google Chrome, the first way is to click on the options button on the upper right hand corner of the screen and then press New Incognito Window

    Another way is to press Ctrl + Shift + N

    The third option is to click on the Google Chrome icon on your task bar, hold your mouse key and drag up

    Once you've done that, you can let go of the mouse key and you'll have the option to select New Incognito Window. Press it once and the window will open.
