Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to open a recently closed tab in Google Chrome on the HTC One M8.

Steps

    To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button, located on top of the phone
    .
    Once the phone has been activated, we'll see the lock screen.

    To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up
    .
    Once the phone has been unlocked, we'll see the home screen. At the bottom, there will be icons.

    It is one of these icons that we now need, to open up the Applications folder
    .
    To do that, we need this icon at the bottom of the home screen, in the middle. It looks like a grid, made up of white dots. Press down on this icon to open up our Apps folder.

    In this folder, we need to find the Google Chrome application
    .
    Mine is located here. We can see the Google Chrome icon, which is a circle made up of different colors. Underneath, it says the word "Chrome". Our Google Chrome application may be in different positions in this folder. Therefore, we will need to find it. Once we've done that, press down on it, to enter the Google Chrome application. In this video tutorial, we are going to learn how to open a recently closed tab.

    If we are on the Google Chrome home page, we will see the icon at the bottom of the screen
    .
    These two icons at the bottom, are only here on the home page. If we are on a website, we will not see the icons. It's a circle that looks like a clock. Press down on this clock. It will show us our "Recent tabs" page.

    If we press the "X" in the top right-hand corner of the screen, it will take us back to the home page

    Press down on the three black dots in a vertical line, in the top right-hand corner of the screen

    A menu will appear.

    We want the option called, "Recent tabs"
    .
    Press down on it, and we will have the same section as before, but with a few more options.

    Here, We need to find the words "Recently closed" in blue
    .
    Below that is our closed webpage. We can now easily access that by pressing down on the link. It will take us straight to that page. As we see, it is a very easy way to get to the recent webpages we have viewed.
