Open a New Document in Pages on iPhone 6

You're watching VisiHow. This is a tutorial on how to open a new document in the Pages application on the iPhone 6.
Steps

To begin, we need to unlock the phone by pressing the lock button or home button
.

Swipe and enter the passcode, or just use the fingerprint scanner
.

Find the Pages icon, which is orange with a white pen, and tap it to open the app
.

Here we can tap the plus sign in the top left-hand corner to open a new document
.
We'll have options to open a document from various locations.

Tap on the selected option

We're just going to tap "Create Document", which is the first option.

Here we can tap on a template to choose one
.
We can choose from a basic layout, which includes portrait, landscape and note taking. We also have templates for reports, letters, resumes, envelopes and so on. We're going to tap on the blank portrait template for now.

It then opens up a document for us and we can immediately start typing

When we're done typing, we can press "Done" in the top left-hand corner

Press the back arrow to go back

It takes us back to the page where we began
