    To begin, press the lock button on the right-hand side of the phone

    Alternatively, we can unlock our phone by pressing the home button at the bottom of the screen

    Swipe to the right to enter your passcode

    As an alternative to entering your passcode, put your finger on the home button to use the fingerprint scanner.

    Find the Numbers icon which is green and tap on it once to open the application

    In this example, there is already a document open that is using checklist spreadsheet template. If we don't know how, we can refer to the article on how to open a document using the Numbers application on the iPhone 6. No matter which format we choose, we will have these options along the top-right side.

    Tap on "Open in Another App" which is indicated by a red "A" on the left-hand side

    Depending on which applications we have installed, we might see "Numbers", "PDF", "Excel", or "CSV". PDF is the most adaptable, and no matter what everyone has iBooks which can open PDF. Although, some other applications are more specific to use these other formats.

    In this example, we'll tap on "PDF"

    Select whichever one it is that we want. It will bring up a window to choose the apps that are compatible with this format.

    In this example, we'll tap on "Open in iBooks"

    As we mentioned earlier, PDF opens in iBooks which all iPhones have. As we can see, it took us into iBooks with our document.
