Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we are going to show you how to open a link in a new tab, or a new incognito tab in Google Chrome on an HTC One M8.

   To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the Power button, located on top of the phone

   .

   Once the phone has been activated, we'll see the lock screen.

   To unlock the phone, press down on the screen and swipe up

   Once the phone has been unlocked, we'll see the home screen. At the bottom, there will be icons.

   It is one of these icons that we now need, to open up the Applications folder

   .

   To do that, we need this icon at the bottom of the home screen, in the middle. It looks like a grid, made up of white dots. Press down on this icon to open up our Apps folder.

   In this folder, we need to find the Google Chrome application

   .

   Mine is located here. We can see the Google Chrome icon, which is a circle made up of different colors. Underneath, it says the word "Chrome." Our Google Chrome application may be in different positions in this folder. Therefore, we will need to find it. Once we've done that, press down on it, to enter the application.

   Now, we are going to learn how to open a link in a new tab or a new incognito tab

   We have a webpage here. There are a lot of links on this page. Every article here is a different link. We can open these in new tabs, or new incognito tabs. We don't just press down on them. We can keep this tab, and open the link with a new one. To do that, we need to find the link we want. Let's use this one on the bottom. It says, "N.J Gov. Christie announces 2016 Republican presidential bid."

   Press down and hold on the link, until we feel a slight vibration, and a menu appears

   The two options at the top are what we need. They say "Open in new tab" and "Open in incognito tab". The choice is ours. If you'd like to know more about incognito tabs, you will find more videos about them on this website. Please search for those if you need to.
