My BSNL SIM card is working, but my other SIM card isn't?

Actually, the BSNL SIM card isn't working that well, either.

If you're having troubles with your SIM cards, but everything else on your phone seems to be working fine, you may want to go to your carrier's nearest store to get a replacement SIM card. This will either fix the problem, or let you know that something else is wrong with your Samsung Galaxy S4. If something else is wrong, the customer service representatives at the store will be able to troubleshoot the issue with you and fix it on the spot or schedule a repair or replacement so you can get back to having a usable phone.
