I need to ask the staff to attend a meeting on the 28/29th April as the power will be OFF at the office on the 28th so big boss decided to have it at her house. How do I write a letter to my work colleagues because the majority want to take a leave on that date?

Staff meeting on the 28th at boss's house.

Attention Staff,

As most of you are aware, the power will be off in our office location on April 28th and 29th. Our boss, (her name), has graciously opened up her home for a mandatory meeting at her house (address) at 10 a.m. Please make the necessary arrangements to attend this meeting as it is mandatory.

Sincerely,

Your Name

We have a monthly meeting on Sunday, 29th of March in my church @ 2 PM with a lot of very educated people. I need to send out a letter?

Writing a monthly invitation/reminder for a meeting.

Make a scheduled date like the last Sunday of the month at 2 p.m. Include a list of the presenters for the next few meetings and schedule a reminder in your email to be sent out. Do a brief introduction and then the details of the meeting and the list of presenters. That will be the body of your invitation letter.
