How to resolve itel 5600 call record issue as it doesn't show any call records from Dec. 4th?

My itel 5600 stopped showing call records after 2 weeks of bought. It also auto deletes dial call. I tried with deleting old record but nothing happened. The message inbox is full but it can't be deleted. Please advise, as I have seen no solution is given for my question and this issue is being faced by huge people who bought this phone. This phone is cheap that's why people are buying it. I have tried: I have searched the answers but didn't get any info about this issue earlier. I think it was caused by: I bought it Nov. 26, 2016 and from Dec 5 the issue started. Suddenly it stopped showing miscalls,and call records. When I dial the ID it even auto deletes.
