Phone application
To clear your phone's Phone application's cache, follow these instructions:
- 1Open your phone's Settings application.
- 2Navigate to Apps and tap it.
- 3Scroll down to Phone and tap it.
- 4Tap Clear Cache and tap Clear Data.
- 5Restart your phone.
Your com.Android.phone issue should now be resolved. If your phone is still giving you an issue, proceed to the next step.
SIM toolkit
To clear your phone's SIM toolkit cache, follow these instructions:
- 1Open your phone's Settings application.
- 2Navigate to Apps and tap it.
- 3Scroll down to SIM Toolkit and tap it.
- 4Tap Clear Cache and tap Clear Data.
- 5Restart your phone.
Your com.Android.phone issue should now be taken care of. If it's not, you will now need to perform a Factory Reset. This will wipe all of your phone's data. To learn how to perform a Factory Reset on your iNote Model 1401, follow the steps in this great VisiHow article. This process wipes all of your phone's software to fix any software issues that your phone may be suffering from. If the Factory Reset still does not fix your issue, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your device to speak to a customer service representative who can help you schedule a repair or replacement for your device, since something is wrong with your phone's hardware. Depending on your warranty status, you may or may not have to pay for the repair or replacement.
