My iNote Model 1401 is not booting. What do I do?

It only shows: Unfortunately, the process com.Android.phone has stopped.

The "Unfortunately, the process com.Android.phone has stopped." message often occurs when your phone's Phone application or SIM toolkit caches have become corrupt. These issues are easily fixable, though; simply follow the steps below to learn how to clear these caches, and what to do if clearing their caches doesn't work:

Phone application

To clear your phone's Phone application's cache, follow these instructions:

    Scroll down to Phone and tap it.

Your com.Android.phone issue should now be resolved. If your phone is still giving you an issue, proceed to the next step.

Your com.Android.phone issue should now be taken care of. If it's not, you will now need to perform a Factory Reset. This will wipe all of your phone's data. This process wipes all of your phone's software to fix any software issues that your phone may be suffering from. If the Factory Reset still does not fix your issue, you will need to contact the manufacturer of your device to speak to a customer service representative who can help you schedule a repair or replacement for your device, since something is wrong with your phone's hardware. Depending on your warranty status, you may or may not have to pay for the repair or replacement.
