My emails won't load on my Galaxy S3. What should I do?

It stopped loading the emails last Thurs.

First, make sure you have an active network connection. Next, see if you can receive email on a different device. If you can't, there may be an issue with your Email service, in which case you should contact your email provider.

Try going into your email settings and writing the server information down, then deleting the email settings and putting them back in. Make sure you use the right kind of authentication settings when you do, as doing otherwise will leave your email unusable.
