Use the Notification and Quick Setting Panel on Samsung Galaxy S4

How can I get my wireless headphones to play from both sides as the left side isn't working at the moment?

I own a pair of the Bohm Wireless headphones and the left side, the side with the on/off switch and + and - button, isn't working. I can still hear perfectly out of the right side. This problem still persists even if my headphones are connected by a wire and not Bluetooth.. help? My problem is showing different symptoms (i.e. the left side doesn't work even if it is connected by wire). I have tried: I've tried resetting them, using the wire and re-charging them. I think it was caused by: I used a different charger (my phone charger) once to charge my headphone but immediately stopped after 2 minutes when I realized it was the wrong charge. Btw, the charging port is on the same side that isn't working (left).

I do not want certain application being displayed on notification panel for example, I am using blocking mode and I do not want that it should appear in my notification panel. How can I remove this?
