Lenovo K3 Note boot menu options?

Hi, actually I'm having a problem with my new Lenovo K3 Note mobile phone. I purchased it yesterday and it was working fine till today morning. However, now there's a headset icon showing in the notification panel due to which I'm not able to talk on my phone and I need to talk by putting phone on speaker mode. Due to this reason, someone suggested me to go to BOOT menu of my phone by pressing power button and up volume button. However, the options are appearing in Chinese language. Now, I don't have any idea what should I do to proceed further.. I have tried: Refer to my comments. I think it was caused by: Refer to my comments

You will turn off the tablet and hold down the Volume Up, Volume Down and the Power buttons. Then once you find the eMMC you will want to hit the Power button to confirm. Watch one of the videos above or consult the Google doc posted in the answers for which characters to choose for the confirmation to hard reset the tablet.
