Overcoming an anti theft pin (original SIM wasnt changed)?

Phone: ila x2. . don't remember the Android version. . . My mobile hit the ground, afterwards it locked and asking me for privacy protection pin ... I used my locckscreen pin , it said incorrect. . I remember enabling the anti theft mode but I don't remember enetring any specific pins. and default pins didn't work. . even though that when I switch the phone off and on my normal pin works yes the protection pin shows afterwards and the fingerprint doesn't work naturally (those stupid ILA phones ask for pin twice anyway whenever it restarts_. . the SIM in the phone is the original one. . not sure what to do . appreciated
