To access "Palm motion", we will need to go to Settings via the notification panel

We can swipe the screen down from the top of the home screen in order to access the notification panel. In the top right-hand corner, we will find a gear-shaped icon. The icon stands for Settings.

We tap the Settings icon once

We tap the "Control" menu button

It is the third option. In the left-hand panel under "Controls", we will find "Voice and input methods" and "Motion control". We will need to turn on "Palm motion" in order to pause and mute our sounds with our hand.

We tap the "Palm motion" toggle

This will turn on the "Palm motion" option.
