Steps

To begin, turn the phone on by pressing the power button located on top of the phone
.
Once the phone has been activated we will see the lock screen.

To unlock the phone, swipe the screen up

Once the phone has been unlocked we will see the home screen, and at the bottom we will see 5 icons. We now need to open the application folder.

We can do that by tapping the icon in the middle, at the bottom of the screen

There is a grid of white dots. This is the icon for the applications folder.

Now that the folder has been opened, we need to find and tap the Gmail application
.
There is a Gmail icon, which is an envelope with a red 'M', and underneath it says the word "Gmail". Your application may be in a different location, so look for the icon in your folder. We want to demonstrate how to move an email to a different folder. To do that, we must first select an email.

Now, press down on the 3 white dots in a vertical line in the top right-hand corner

This will show a list of the different folders. This list could be different for everyone, if they've added different folders in Gmail. We only have two.

Tap on the chosen folder

We're going to choose "Social".

At the bottom it will say "Moved to Social" with the option to undo the decision
