Emailing is pretty much the go-to semi/formal medium for communication over the internet; Big and small businesses, educational institutions, health care, you name it, everybody still uses email. Of course, texting or instant messaging sees far more daily traffic, but email is still king when a paper/digital trail is preferred.

Those of you that receive a ton of messages on your iPhone or iPad have most likely had an incident or two when a perfectly safe message ended up in your junk folder. This happens quite often; sometimes it's incidental, moving messages around can sometimes cause a mishap. Other times it's merely your mail provider's spam filters being overly protective.

Whatever the case, if you're running iOS 13 and need to relocate a junk mail to your inbox on your iPhone or iPad, continue reading. For this Visi guide, we used an iPhone 7 running iOS 13.5.

Move Junk Email to Your Inbox on iOS 13

    Launch the default Email app.

    Tap Junk to view your junk mail folder.

    Locate the message you wish to move, then swipe left on it.

    Tap More.

    With the More menu visible, scroll down and tap Move Message.

    Tap Inbox to relocate the message from your spam folder to your inbox

    You can also move the message into a specific folder if you have it created beforehand.

    Another way to quickly move a message is by long-pressing the email until you see the additional menu appear.

    Swipe upward to expand the entire menu below the email message.

    Tap Move Message.
