I would like to thank Herald Hernandez for this awesome video on How To Do The Military Diet. I organized it into a wiki for anyone with a hearing impairment, or for those who simply just prefer to read the steps. Hope you enjoy!
Steps

As your first meal on day one you will need to consume a cup of Green tea, half a grapefruit and a piece of toast (preferably wheat bread) and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Your second meal of day one will consist of a slice of wheat toast, half a cup of tuna (seasoned to your liking) and a cup of green tea

Your last meal for day one will consist of three ounces of a meat of your choice, one small apple, one cup of green beans and half of a banana
.

As a snack and part of your third meal of the day you can have a snack which here is one cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

Your first meal of day two will be half a banana, wheat toast and one egg (cooked however you like)

Your second meal of day two will consist of one hard boiled egg, one cup of cottage cheese and crackers (totaling 70 kcal).

Your last meal of day two will consist of half a banana, two hot dogs, one cup of Broccoli and half a cup of Carrots

Once again you may have your snack of half a cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
.

Your first meal of day three will consist of one small apple, one ounce of cheddar cheese and crackers (totaling 70 kcal)
.

Your second meal of day three will consist of one egg (cooked however you like) and one piece of wheat toast

Your last meal of day three will consist of half a banana, one cup of tuna and half a half a cup of ice cream (in the video there was no more ice cream so it was substituted by a half a cup of cottage cheese)
