Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, we're going to show you how to merge photos to create a new folder and a new story in Microsoft Storyteller application when using a Microsoft Lumia 535.

   To begin, press the power button to turn the phone on

   Swipe the lock screen up to enter the home screen

   Find and tap the Lumia Storyteller application

   .

   It may be located in the home screen or in the app menu.

   From the timeline, press the tile that specifies the number of photos in the file

   It will give you the option to edit, watch or publish it.

   Go back to the timeline, and tap the "expand" icon on the right-hand bottom of the screen

   .

   Make sure the photos are not expanded, which will show all of the photos in the folder. You cannot merge photos in this setting. Go back to the timeline.

   Tap the icon on the left-hand side at the bottom of the screen to enter story mode

   All of the boxes will be highlighted.

   Tap the boxes you want to select, and a check mark will appear inside of each

   You will have the ability to merge these boxes.

   When you have selected the photos you want to merge, tap the "merge" button on the bottom-left of the screen

   Tap the box that contains the merged photos

   .

   You can view the images from here. Once they have merged, you can tap the "..." button all the way on the right at bottom of the screen to add to favorites, split the merge or rename the story.

    If you want to undo the merge, press "split story"

    That will put all of the pictures back to their original places defined by date.
