Tap the gear-shaped icon in the top right

Scroll down until you reach "Storage & USB" and tap on it

The phone will show you how many gigabytes you have in total and how many are used. In this video, there are 53.67 GB for the system, which is basically a 64 GB phone as advertised. 9.45 GB of data are used. You can see that the top item takes up the most amount of space. Those are applications. The category takes up 6.71 GB.

If you want to get more information on applications, tap on "Apps"

The phone will show you all of the applications. They are arranged in the order of taken space.

Tap on "CLEAR DATA" for Pocket Casts

You can also see that the data is taking up 1.19 GB, and the application itself takes up only 18.41 MB. If you want to clear a bunch of data, you can come here and choose to clear all of the data and have some more space on your phone.
