The Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ both come with an abundance of options to help users fine-tune the device and truly make it their own. The Phone's audio capabilities are second to none and offer not only warm and crystal clear sound, but also a bunch of neat customization features. Changing the Sounds and Vibration on the Galaxy S8 is quite simple, even with its extensive list of options.
Aside from the basics, such as volume control and ringtones, users can change the equalizer sound effects and set specific sounds for different notifications. There is even an option to play sounds from selected apps on various devices via Bluetooth. An excellent example of how to utilize this is, for example, to set YouTube's sound output on a pair of Bluetooth speakers, rather than using the headphone jack on the device itself. If that wasn't enough, the S8 and S8+ also allow users to personalize how the device plays back specific sounds with the advanced feature, adaptive sound.
In this article, we'll go through each setting within the sounds and vibration section on a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 7 (Nougat).
