Manage Opera Extensions in Windows 7

Steps

Start off by opening the Opera browser

To open it, double-click the icon.

Open a new tab by clicking the plus sign at the top

Right-click on an empty space and click "Add extension"

Once you click that, a new section will open.

From this window, you can search and add any extensions
.
For the tutorial, I am going to add a random extension. "YouTube on speed dial" is catching my eye right now, so I will click it.

Once you have selected the extension, click "Add to Opera"

Click it once and wait for it to install.

To check if the extension has properly been installed, open a new tab by clicking the plus sign at the top

The YouTube extension has properly been installed

To disable or remove the extension, right-click on the extension and click "Manage extensions"

Here, you can click "Disable"

If you click it, it will not be shown again, but it will not be removed from Opera.

To remove the extension, click on the "x" in the upper right corner

Press "OK" at the confirmation window

The extension has now been removed.
