You can categorize contacts into groups and send messages and email to members in that group simultaneously. This article will discuss how to manage groups on Samsung Galaxy Note3. Manage a Contact Group on Samsung Galaxy Note3
Contact groups allow you to categorize contacts into groups. You can also, quickly and easily, send multiple SMS and emails to all or chosen contacts in the group. This section will discuss how to create, edit and manage contact groups.
Create a New Group
By default, your phone has preset groups you can add your contacts to. If your desired group is not on the preset list, you can create a new group by following the procedures below:

I need to share the groups that I created on my device with another Note2
On your device you will not have the opportunity to in fact send your whole group to another device. The only way that you are able to share a contact is by using the options that I will place below in order to help you to be able to send out your group information to another device:
1. Go to your contacts list.
2. Long press over a contact.
3. You will see the option to send contact information.
4. Also you will see the option to share via which will allow you to share the contact through Bluetooth, email, Drive or any other application on your device.

Editing group names on Galaxy Note3?
I was trying to edit (and or) delete some of the default group names. Can this be done
I have changed my group names a couple of times from what the device has created for my devices contacts. I will in fact be helping you with the changing of your group name. Follow my steps below so that I will be able to help you with the changing of your devices name:
-Go to contacts.
-Go to the group tab.
-Locate the name of the group you want to change.
-Long press over the group.
-Select the option in the pop up to edit group.
-After tapping on edit group you will be taken to the edit page.
-Simple change the name of the group to what you desire.
-From here select the option done .
After this check your group list to be able to see the new name that has been assigned to that group on your device. The only group that cannot be changed is the "not assigned" group that the device has made.

Problems with group messaging on Samsung Note3?
I send a group message out. Three people have iPhones and two have Samsung androids ( Galaxy 5 and Note2). When they answer the only ones who appear in the group are the iPhone users. The Android users come in separately. I find this odd as I have a Note3. My service is sprint and they are not helping

Using Exchange 365, Outlook 2007, Note5?
Using Exchange 365, Outlook 2007, Windows 10 Galaxy Note5 In Outlook 2007 groups are known as "Categories". Device syncs other groups in other folders but not a particular folder with a particular category. Tried creating a group on device but device says that group/category is already present. Q. How can I force the device to accept a particular folder and particular group/category? By the way I am trying to get the phone to ignore all other folders/groups/categories. I had to clear all the categories from all other folders in Outlook 2007 in order to keep the device from loading all folders and all groups/categories

I can't sync my Note3 with Gmail and I'm thinking its because of the groups are not of the same structure, but I have trouble deleting groups in my Note3, the options delete does not exist. I have tried: Remove Gmail account and reinstall again, but still does not work. I think it was caused by: Maybe the contacts are not synced
