Method 3: Delete Stored Fingerprints
Hello, you are watching VisiHow and in this video you will learn how to delete fingerprints off your iPhone 6. Let's say you are tired of placing your finger each time and using fingerprints, or if, for example, you gave fingerprint access to your boyfriend and you don't want him to access your phone anymore. You can just remove his fingerprint from your phone and after that he will no longer have any access to your private information on iPhone 6.
Let's go to the settings. It is a grey icon with gears.
Your iPhone will be asking for your passcode every time you try to access Touch ID and Passcode Purchase, a huge part of your privacy on the phone. It wants to make sure it is you accessing and changing all the settings. Now your fingerprints are off the phone.
If no update is available, soft-reset your phone by pressing and holding both home and power buttons for several seconds until the phone turns itself off. Check if you can set up the fingerprint sensor now.
