    Z10 Email Sort

Sorting email in BlackBerry Z10 is very easy. It depends on the number of email accounts you have and the kind of arrangement that is convenient for you. It also depends on what you want to view at a particular moment. The following are steps for sorting your email.

    1. 1
You can sort your email in a BlackBerry Z10 device by email accounts used so that all the mails from different email accounts in the device are grouped together and are all displayed at once by default
      .
Just follow these simple steps to sort and view your emails according to your different email accounts.

      1. Swipe to the right from the main menu.
      2. Tap "BlackBerry Hub".

      3. Tap the "Action" key from the Blackberry Hub.
      4. Tap "Settings".

      5. Tap "Hub Management". You can now view the emails in any account, and hide some from other accounts as desired.
      6. Set the switch to "ON" to show the emails from that account.
      7. Set the switch to "OFF" to hide the email account you don't need to view.

    Tips

    • Adding a Microsoft Exchange Account can be done through the same process/steps as adding a webmail account.
    • You can also send videos and audio files by email. The process is the same as sending the photo. The only difference is that you have to select video or audio as an attachment, rather than photo.

    Questions and Answers

How do I set the "System Settings" screen to black instead of white?

When I enter the "Settings" app the "System Settings" page is black on white. I noticed -- watching some tutorials -- that some Z10s have the screen black and the text white. Can it be done? Thank you.

Actually, the tutorials you watched were showing off the BlackBerry Q10 and Z30. These devices have OLED screens, while the BlackBerry Z10 that you own has an LCD screen. Unfortunately, BlackBerry decided that Z10 owners didn't need a "Dark Settings" application since it wouldn't have an impact on their phones' power usage. You'll need to wait for a system update from BlackBerry that includes a dark theme for the BlackBerry Z10 in order to change your settings application's theme from black text on a white background to white text on a dark background. As of right now, however, you will not be able to change the Settings application's theme from light to dark.
