    We need to prepare the ingredients

    The ingredients are 2 19oz cans of drained chick peas, tahini, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 1-2 lemons, coriander, seasoning salt, 1/2-1 cup of vinegar. The amounts are not very specific, as all ingredients are subject to our taste. It is recommended to taste our dish with spoons to see if it is to our liking as we add the ingredients.

    We are going to use a blender or a food processor

    We turn off the blender

    We need to stir the food up from the bottom in the blender to blend all of the food.

    Once the food starts to blend, we add tahini
    .
    Tahini is subject to taste as well. The amount between half of a cup and one cup should be enough to start. As we blend it in, we are going to add more of tahini, which is sesame butter sauce that gives out a strong flavor. We should add it in increments.

    We blend the ingredients

    We add more tahini as we see fit. If we don't want too much tahini, then the alternative is to add water or more lemon juice, depending on our preference.

    The blended ingredients are going to be very thick, so we have to use our better judgment in adding liquid. If we feel that we used enough tahini, we add more lemon juice or vinegar and herbs.
