    The first thing that we need to do is open Microsoft Edge, and in this case the icon is located on the taskbar.

    The first icon on the far left represents a "Pen".

    To use the "Pen", we can simply write on the webpage by clicking and moving the mouse. For example, we can circle objects or make some scribble marks.
