- 1Today I am going to show you guys how to make your awesome exfoliating face scrub using a tea bag.Hello guys.
- 2This scrub will buff away your dead skin cells.That's right guys, so next time you drink green tea, don't throw away your tea bag, it's going to help give you a smooth and polished skin for summer.
- 3Let's start.It will brighten up your skin and unclog congestive pores.
- 4Step one, make your green tea and leave it at least for a minute.
- 5Step two, take the tea bag out and let it cool down.
- 6Don't do this.
- 7Take the little tea bag, rip up the top.
- 8You see the little crushed tea leaves, that is going to be your experience.Pour the content into a pot.
- 9Add just one big teaspoon of pure honey, it is great for hydrating and saving the skin.
- 10Take the spoon and mix to form a scrub.
- 11Here we have a basic face scrub.
- 12So now I am going to make another one, and this one is great for treating epidermis scars and dark spots.
- 13Rice flour is amazing for brightening the skin and fading scars.Of course, that contains crushed leaves, from the green tea, tea bag and also honey, but this time, I want to add some rice flour into the mixture.
- 14Now I am mixing up the scrub.
- 15You'll see that the rice flour also makes the scrub a lot creamier, like the scrub you'll find in the stores.
- 16Using your fingertips, gently massage the scrub into a clean damp skin.Since I am working on fading my epidermis scars, of course, I am going to be using my scar beating scrub.
- 17Keeping doing this by light hands and delicate, pop and polish away dead skin cells to help unclog your pores.
- 18With areas around your mouth and nose, even use a bit of force, but be gentle with the other areas of your face, and remember to only use your fingertips at all times.
- 19Most of my scars are located at my jaw line, so I'm just buff and break away the scar tissue.
- 20The basic face scrub can be release on the face as well, but here I'm just going to demonstrate like it can also be used as a body scrub.
- 21I like to let the mask settle on my skin for five minutes before rinsing off.
- 22After the skin is dry, remember that it is very normal for the skin to look a little red after exfoliating, but it should go away in a few minutes.
- 23Skin absorbs fast after exfoliating so go ahead and apply that moisturizer for extra pomp skin.
- 24Exfoliating is important because it help to buff away dead skin cells that clogging up your pores.
- 25The result, you'll have fresher beautiful looking skin.
- 26Don't have honey or the rice flour, no problem, just add up clump up your cleanser and turn it into cleansing scrub.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all having a great day. So in today's video, I'm going to show you how to make an easy face scrub using only three ingredients. The three ingredients that you 'll be needing for this facial scrub are Lemon, sea salt and just warm water. I always recommend that you do a facial at least once every couple of weeks, just to have your skin have that natural glow. The lemon and salt face scrub it's also known as an antibacterial scrub, so it will help to get rid of any dirt or any pollution, anything that is stuck in your skin and in your pores, it's really important to do this because otherwise your skin can lead to blackheads and acne and break out, and nobody wants that on their face. Try this scrub once or twice a week and you'll notice a huge difference, your skin will be glowing, you'll be feeling nice and soft, and you will be getting that you know, that you've gotten rid of all of the dirt. The important thing is that you don't want to use too much lemon, so make sure you use one part lemon, two parts salt. So let's get started, I'm going to go wash my face with warm water and I'll be right back.

- 1It's really important to use warm water and not cold water because warm water will open the pores up allowing the scrub to dissolve into the skin.So, I've just rinsed my face with warm water.
- 2Half a lemon, a measuring cup, bowl, some sea salt, I like to use the casco Himalayan sea salt, but you can use anyone that you want.The things that you're going to need are:
- 3I am going to grind this one into the bowl, so to it easier you can already get a grounded sea salt.
- 4I've got these at the store, I'm going to be using this to scrub on the face.We need facial pads.
- 5A towel to wipe your face off.
- 6We're going to start by grinding the sea salt into the bowl.
- 7Next, I'm going to squeeze some lemon juice into the measuring cup.
- 8Take your lemon juice and pour it into the bowl of salt.
- 9Use the spoon so you can give that a better texture.
- 10As you can see, it's a little bit watery.
- 11If you want it to be much thicker, so I'm going to be adding a bit more salt.
- 12And now, I'm going to apply it to my face.Now, you see how my paste does look a bit thicker.
- 13I'm going to take the mixture and one of my facial pads, and I'm going to dip the pad into the mix and take the scrub and just start applying it gently to the face.
- 14Make sure that you wear your regular T-shirt or sweater or you can use your towel as a bib if you want.Oops..
- 15Basically, what I'm doing is, I'm just scrubbing in really small circles all around the face.
- 16You want to do this for about two to five minutes.
- 17If you need to use another pad, you can just go ahead and grab a fresh pad and soak it, and keep doing this for about another two minutes.
- 18Now, I am done scrubbing my face.
- 19I'm going to go rinse it off with hot water and I'll be right back.
- 20So, now I'm back and I'm going wipe my face to dry.
- 21But just be careful when you're rinsing your face off.Be careful when you're rinsing your face, what happened was, that I've got a little bit of salt in my eyes, which is not a bad thing, it's actually okay.
- 22Oh my God, my face, my skin feels amazing, it hasn't felt this soft in a really long time.

Exfoliating your face and body at least once a week allows for your new skin to shine through, leaving you looking vibrant and refreshed, and also allows your skin care products and lotions to penetrate your skin more easily

A food processor or blender that can ground the ingredients

I am using organic sugar as my exfoliant today but feel free to use brown or granulated sugar

You will also need a light olive oil, you can use extra version olive oil if you want, I just hate olives so I don't particularly want the smell in my scrub

You will also need Oats, roller instant Oats is fine, you'll be grounding this up into a powder
.

An essential oil such as tea tree oil is completely optional, and it's not recommended if you have very sensitive skin

Oat is used as a natural cleanser
.

If you don't want to use olive oil, feel free to use other oils such as sesame or almond oil
.

First, I'm going to go ahead and grind up some of my Oats
.

I'm just pouring a little bit of Oats into here, it kind of just depends on how much of the scrub you want to make

You can use again a blender if that's all you have, or just a food processor with me work a little bit better

Once it's ground, I'll just be measuring my Oats into my cup or in your case any kind of cup or measuring cup is fine
.

So, I'm going to go ahead and pour my Oats in, and see how much of the cup it fills

Next, I'm just going to pour it into my bowl or container

However, much Oats filled up this cup I'm just going to fill the cup to the exact same amount with my sugar

Since it's equal parts of the dry ingredients, a real measuring cup isn't really essential

I'm just going to mix the two and stir them well

Once it's all stirred together

I am going to pour and just enough olive oil to coat the dry mixture, I don't want my Sugar and Oats to be swimming in a bowl of oil, just coated

I'm going to stir the mixture using a spoon

Since I'm deciding to add tea tree oil, I'm going to switch mixing utensils to one I can through away when I'm done

A popsicle stick is perfect for this

Now, I'm going to go ahead and add in a five to seven drops of my essential oil

Make sure to stir this drops well

Since I stirred everything together in my container, I'm just going to pop on my lid and I'm done

Hi guys. Today I'm going to show you how to make a Coconut Oil Facial and body scrub.
Steps
- 1You are going to need, Coconut Oil, Baking Soda, small Bowl, and a Spoon.
- 2First, you need to pour a small amount of Baking Soda into the Bowl.
- 3Use the Spoon to break apart big chunks, and keep doing that till you get all the chunks out.
- 4Add the same amount of Coconut Oil into your bowl.
- 5Stir the ingredients together until they are mixed.
- 6Put the mixture a proper pot and microwave for 20 seconds, I usually put the microwave to 30 seconds and stop it at 10.
- 7keep on stirring the mixture.
- 8If the mixture did not melt completely, then you need to microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds.
- 9Stir and make sure that the mixture is completely melted.
- 10Now, put the mixture into the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 11After 5 to 10 minutes, you should have a very thick mixture, but since the Coconut Oil melts at a body temperature, it will melt when applied to your face or body.
- 12You have to know that Coconut Oil should not irritate acne, as I use it as a facial scrub, and it made my skin very smooth! Hopefully, you enjoyed watching this video. Hello everyone. Today I am going to show you how to do the special mask and scrub to leave your skin really clean and fresh and ready for makeup.
Steps
- 1We are going to need Sugar, Bowl, Spoon, Jar, and honey.Here are all the things we are going to use into this tutorial.
- 2Let's start with pouring the sugar into the bowl.
- 3I usually like to put a little bit of sugar because I want the scrub to exfoliate my skin really well.
- 4You can add the honey slowly and then mixed it up.
- 5Try not to make the mask too thick otherwise, we won't be able to use it as a scrub.
- 6Why is honey so good for our skin? Honey is a natural bacterial so it is great for acne treatment prevention, and it's also extremely moisturising, so really helps clay to goWell, as you can see my background today is a birthday gift paper, I didn't have any other background, but Yeah, I don't think this is too bad right?
- 7You need something to store your scrub, and in my case, I am using this, as I didn't have any other jar to use in this tutorial.
- 8Remember, that it's not good to use this scrub more than three times.
- 9Try to make a new one for the next applications.
- 10This is very frank because we don't want any sugar or honey on ore hair. Start applying the mask on your face with clean hands and gently avoiding the eyes area.So, before applying the face mask, I just want to make sure that my hair is not on my face.
- 11We are going to use the mask as an exfoliator so, start doing circle motions all of your skin to get rid of all dead skin cells.
- 12Now that we are done with the first step.Be careful when you're exfoliating your face, you need to be gentle and soft otherwise, you can hurt your skin.
- 13Leave the mask on your face for five or ten minutes, as I usually do.
- 14To remove this scrub, rinse it off and then splash a cold water off your face, and make sure that you don't have any more sugar or honey on your skin.
- 15This is a simple and inexpensive way to exfoliate your skin and make it look beautiful.Now, you're ready to put your makeup on or just go to bed and rest your skin.
