Let's plan an office get together so that we can all socialize after we have finished work. I will be going to Jinx Diner on Friday, March 7th and it would be great if you could meet me there for dinner or coffee. Please let me know if you are interested.

You could hang this up in a general staff area like the break room but leave it open ended and informal so that they will assume it is not a paid for event but just a casual dinner.
