Hi my my Galaxy S2 Korean cannot read my SIM card, the signal goes on for a fee

Make a trip to see your carrier and explain the situation to them. It's possible your phone is locked and won't accept a SIM from a different provider, or there could be an issue with the card or the phone. Your carrier can help you and will of course want to - they want to keep you as a customer!
