The old adage "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" may never have been as relevant as it is today, when recent studies show that apples are major discoveries in the fight against the modern nemesis called cancer. Before cancer goes up from stages two up to the dreaded stage four, it is good to note that the other old adage which says "prevention is better than the cure" is also relevant.
