Here are some techniques that you can try that may work to make your face look thinner. Note that this is not a fast way to lose weight from your face and it can weeks or even months for physical results to be apparent.
- 1Suck in your cheeks to the point that your lips are pursed to make a fish face, hold it for five seconds and then let your cheeks and lips back into a normal position.
