   To begin, we need to unlock our phone by pressing the Lock button located on the right side of the device

   Alternatively, we can press the Home button located at the bottom of the front side of the phone

   Next we are going to swipe to the right to enter the Touch ID or Passcode screen

   Here we can enter our Passcode, or press our finger to the Home button to use the Touch ID sensor

   Once we are on the Home screen, we need to find our MapMyRun application icon

   This icon features a white circle inside of a blue square. Inside of the circle, there will be a blue silhouette of a running man.

   This will open up the application, bringing us the main page where we can choose to start to record a workout

   What we need to do now is press the icon featured in the top left-hand corner

   This icon has three, white, horizontal lines.

   This will open a new menu for us, with a blue background and white text

    Scroll all the way down to the bottom, here we will find the option labeled "Settings" located second to the bottom

    To the left of this option, there will be a white cog icon.

    Tap "Settings" once, this will open our Settings menu

    The word "Settings" will be written in white and the very top of this screen.

    Scroll all the way down to the bottom of this menu

    Here we will find an orange bar, with the word "Log Out" written inside of it

    This will open a dialog box to double check with us, giving us the options to "Log Out" or "Cancel"
