Hello, and thank you for watching VisiHow. Today, I will show you how you can line your waterline with an eyeliner pencil. For this tutorial, I'll be using the Make Up For Ever Aqua Eyes. It's a waterproof black eyeliner in the shade "Matte Black 0L". You may want to use a brown if you feel like black is too intense for you. But you will want to make sure, if you are using a pencil, to use a very good quality waterproof liner.

Pull up slightly on the upper eyelid

Start from the outer corner and line just underneath the eyelashes, along the waterline
.
Use short strokes rather than one long line.

Bring the line all the way to the inner corner
.
Let's line the lower waterline now. We can go all the way around, but that can sometimes make eyes look a little bit smaller. We usually only go to the outer edge of the iris.

Starting from the outer corner, line just above the lashline, along the waterline
