   To limit the volume, we tap "Settings"

   Now, we tap "Music" from the "Settings" menu

   We scroll down to go to the bottom of the "Music" menu

   We tap "Volume Limit"

   We can test the volume with our headphones to find the appropriate level. In this video, child's headphones were used and the volume was aimed at about 75%. Some other ways of ensuring the proper headphone volume would be to get, for example, closed-ear headphones in order to isolate some of the background noise and provide a better listening environment while still preserving a low volume level.
