Left side of temple hair is receding? What should I do?

Try avoiding chemical-based products or discontinue ones that you already use. If you notice growing hair on that left side, then throw away the product and use a more natural one. If however, you notice a continuous/gradual decline in your hair, follow the steps and tips above to assist your hair-loss problem.
