Steps
- 1Tap the Alliance Gate once to view the details of that Gate. We can tap "Upgrade", but in this example, an upgrade requires the Classical Age, the next age up. The reason for this is that we will receive alliance troops each time we have an alliance donation. Tap the "X" in the top right corner of the upgrade window to close the window.Ensure our Alliance Gate has been rebuilt.
- 2Tapping on the Chat bubble will open a panel that will indicate that we are not in an alliance.When we have not joined an alliance, and we are new in the game, it does not matter how far we are in the game, we can always tap the Chat bubble on the left side of the screen.
- 3Tap "Alliances" at the bottom of the panel to join an alliance.
- 4The higher the level of the alliance, the less likely it is that we will be accepted as a new player. In this list, we can see the number of members in each alliance, and the medal count for that alliance. As we scroll down, we will see much lower numbers in these fields.We will see a list of alliances.
- 5Tap an alliance to view the details of that alliance.
- 6On this page, we will see the number of total allies, the language, the rules, the minimum medals, and the alliance score.Tap "Join" to request to join the selected alliance.
- 7Tap the "X" in the top right corner of the alliance window to close it.
- 8We can now request free troops from our alliance members as well as chat with them.In this example, we have now joined the alliance, and we can now see an alliance chat window on the left side of the screen.
- 9Tap on the alliance chat to open it.
- 10It will show that we just joined the alliance, as well as other people that have joined.We will see the recent events for the alliance.
- 11Tap "Request Troops" to request free troops from other members.
- 12The chat message will appear at the top of the feed.Tap the message field at the top of the chat window, type a message, and tap "Done" to post a message in the chat window.
- 13When another member has requested troops, tap "Donate" beneath the request, and select the troops to donate.
- 14We can only request troops every 20 minutes, in the event that someone has not given them to you.
- 15Tap the arrow on the right side of the chat panel to close the panel.
- 16Open the chat panel to see what was sent.When we have received troops or a message from another member, a message will appear.
- 17Tap the image of the old man in the top left-hand corner of the screen to view goals and rewards, and tap "Claim Reward" to claim a reward.
