Hello, and welcome to VisiHow. In this video, I'm going to show you how to join groups on Facebook, using the iPhone 6.

To start with, we need to unlock the phone
.
I'm using a fingerprint lock.

Once we have accessed the home screen, we need to locate the Facebook application
.
It looks like a blue square with a white letter "f" inside of it. Give it a single tap to open. It will take us to our News Feed.

We need to go to our main Facebook menu

It's under the "More" options at the bottom. It's indicated by three gray horizontal lines, in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on "More" and our menu will load.

Scroll down until we see the "GROUPS" section
.
There will be groups that we are a member of listed on the bottom of this section.

The very top line of this section is what we need
.
It says, "New Groups". Give it a tap. New groups are the groups that our friends are members of, or groups that are suggested by Facebook according to our interests and location.

If we look on the top menu bar, there will be the option, "Top Suggestions"
.
Tap on it. These are top groups suggested by Facebook.

To join them, we need to tap on the "+" to the right of each group name
.
When we tap "+", we have requested to join the group. Press on an many as we like.

If we are interested in what type of group it is, we can open the group by tapping on the group name
.
This group is currently closed. After we send a request to join the group, and then we will be able to see the information here.

Go back by pressing the arrow at the top left of the screen

Scroll through and select a few more groups

One of the group members will approve or deny our group request.

Tap on the arrow to go to the previous menu

Tap on "Friends' Groups" at the top of our screen

It may take a second to load, and then it will show our friends' groups. Our friends are members of these groups.

Let's tap on this group, and join it, and then send our request

Tap on the arrow to go back to the list of groups

Join as many groups as we'd like.

If we look at the bottom menu bar, we will see that there are two notifications
