   First, swipe down from the top of the screen to access the notification panel

   In the settings menu, tap on "Accessibility"

   It is on the left-hand side under "Personalization". It is the second option from the bottom. It has a green icon with a hand in the middle.

   Scroll the right panel down to the "Vision" section

   In "Vision", you will find "Font size", "Magnification gestures", "Negative colors", "Color adjustment", "Notification reminder", "Accessibility shortcut", and "Text-to-speech options".

   Tap on "Negative colors"

   "Negative colors" inverts the colors of the screen. Now, the color will be inverted.

Is there an app that prevents pictures from being inverted?

I've inverted the colors on my screen following your instructions. Thank you! It also inverts the pictures as well which makes it kind of hard to see. Is there an app that I can download to prevent the pictures from being inverted? I know I have one (extension) on Google Chrome on my desktop.. . Thanks!. Elizabeth. It's not much different from what's covered in the article, I just needed one more extra step to cover the photos on the tablet. The photos are inverted to negative color and I'm asking for an app or instruction on how to prevent that from happening. I have tried: I've followed all of the instructions, they were good. Nothing wrong with them. Just asking for an extra step for the photos. I think it was caused by: The color inversion caused the photos to be in negative color. Just asking for extra help.  :)

So I just turned off my Galaxy today and now the colors are all inverted?

I don't know what to do, I can't afford a new one either. I'm not sure how to open it my my cable got disconnected. I have tried: Trying to open device. Others have had this problem and they suggested opening up the device since the cable likely got disconnected. I think it was caused by: Dropped it, screen still works, just colors inverted
