   For those of who are not familiar with this application, it is a free messaging application, very similar to Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, but it's got a lot of functionalities and a very strong focus on security

   .

   As you can see it has very good reviews, one is two stars because they can't save download files but I'm not sure about that because I haven't tested it yet. However, I do know that the application is very strong, it is a very good and secure application if you're interested in making sure your data is secure and protected. At 10MB, it's a very small install and it's free which means you don't have to pay anything at all for it.

Telegram not successfully downloaded on my Leagoo Android phone?

At the play store, the phone apparently downloads 2 types of Telegram one after the other without prompting it. It will then display "installing...." for several minutes. Finally, I will receive notification that: "Can't download App" & "'Telegram x' can't be downloaded. Try again, and if problem continues get help troubleshooting: error code 963". The article covers how to install Telegram from play store. However, in my case, the Telegram can't be successfully installed even from the play store haven gone through the process of downloading it. I have tried: I retried downloading severally without success. I also tried bypassing the play store and download through browser but to no avail. I think it was caused by: I don't know what could have caused the problem. I have downloaded many other apps on the same Leagoo phone.

Please help to install Telegram as it is now easy for crime reports. Cannot access to install please help would appreciate. I have tried: Nothing so far as I am trying thid for the first time. Telegram "error" message. How do I activate Telegram if it can't even send a SMS to me?

I type in my number, click next,. The icon does a jiggle and say's a code has been sent, but, I'm not receiving it. So I click on "didn't receive?" And it goes to my email, I send the details it entered...and still nothing.. I have done this several times yesterday and today, with no success. Please help
