    First of all, we go to the https://beta.apple.com/ web site.

    Once we sign up, the site will ask us to accept the agreement. We make sure that we read the entire agreement. We can read it in Chinese. We can click either "Accept" or "Decline".

    Once we've clicked "Accept", the site will give us some general information on the beta versions available. The default is the "OS X" beta, which is "OS X El Capitan". We can also find out some information on "iOS" 9 beta as well.
