If you have not maintained the default or at least some sort of a default layout on your phone, you are going to need to tap the - you will need to tap the apps button

It is going to open up the Play Store

Here is a beautiful crazy screen of - looks like flying paper - and we can either login with twitter or we can sign up with email.
