To start, press the power button one time to open your lock screen

Once your phone is open, tap on the Google Play Store icon

It's a white briefcase with a triangle shape that's multicoloured in the center. If you don't have the icon or your running an alternate build of Android, you'll want to tap on the Apps button on the bottom right hand side.

This will open up a window you can scroll through until you find the Google Play Store icon, the white briefcase with a multicoloured triangle in the center

Once you're in the Google Play Store, you'll want to tap on the search option at the top

Type in Nova 3 then press the search button

You can already see Nova 3 in my search options and that's because I've already installed it since it is a very large download, more than 1.5GB

Tap Nova 3, then tap Install.

Once the download has completed and you've installed it, you're going to tap on OPEN

You can open it here, or you should have an icon on your home screen which will also allow you to use it.

Once you launch it, the game will switch into landscape mode and you'll be asked to enter your age

To enter your age, simply tap the appropriate field at the top and a window will come up allowing you to enter your age. Enter your age, then tap done. Keep in mind, you do need to be a certain age to play this game, usually 18. We also have the Gameloft Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and the End User License Agreement. Tap Accept. If you don't accept, you won't be able to play.

After resetting, this operation can not be undone

This means that you can't call customer support and you can't ask for a fix or tell them you're upset or angry because you deleted your character. You campaign progress is done and gone, you have to start over.
