   I am running the American version of the Google Play Store. Tap on the search area on the top. Type in BIA then search. Once you've done that you'll see that Brothers in Arms 3 is the very first search result because it's a highly rated game produced by Gameloft. Tapping on it will show you that there are a number of downloads, a number of awards, and its got 4.4 stars.
