When I go to the Adobe's Download and download the latest updated Adobe Flash file for Android, my browser won't do anything?

If you are having problem with the download, check if your browser is blocking the actions, or is requesting permissions to download the file. Some browsers, even the stock ones (the ones that come with the phone by default) do not have a flash player (a plug-in). If you have installed it correctly (the flash player), simply re-launch the app (the browser and the plug in) or reboot the phone for the settings to apply. Nothing happens when I download the file, still cannot view contents

After you have downloaded the file, you must run the installer on the phone. You can check it on the notifications panel or go to the "My Files" and the download folder then run the installer to have it on the phone. You need also to use a different browser, rather than the normal Internet browser that came in the phone. I suggest the UC browser then change its settings.

Nothing happens when I download the file, still cannot view contents

After you have downloaded the file, you must run the installer on the phone. You can check it on the notifications panel or go to the "My Files" and the download folder then run the installer to have it on the phone. You need also to use a different browser, rather than the normal Internet browser that came in the phone. I suggest the UC browser then change its settings. First things first, make sure that you enabled the Unknown resources on your mobile phone for you to download the add-on content to your mobile. Just go to the Settings then go to Security and look for the Unknown sources and put a check mark then exit. See the steps below on how you can install on your phone:

1. Launch your mobile internet browser on phone and search for "Archive Adobe flash player versions" or simply go to this link: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

2. Scroll down in that website then look for Flash Player for Android 4.0 then select the "Flash Player 11.1 for Android 4.0 (11.1.115.81)" from the list of options and let the phone download this add on content for flash player. 3. Once you have downloaded the file, simply install it. You can do to your downloads folder from "My Files" app on the phone or in the notification panel to install it.

4. Please do remember that this is not applicable on the Internet browser on your mobile phone. Meaning, you need to download another browser from your Google Play store. Launch the Play store on the phone and search for the browser called: UC Browser, simply download and install it on the phone.

5. Once you have installed the browser, launch browser then tap the softkey menu on your phone and swipe to the right in the preferences.

6. On the Preferences, tap on the settings then go to the Advanced tab then look for the website preferences then change that to desktop instead of (UA).

7. Now, go to a website where it requires you a Flash player and you should be able to view its contents.
