   Now we have this long little thing in which we put the phone and then, we put it on our arm

   The thing is, there's only one place for the phone to go in, one hole

   The reason for that is that when the phone is placed into the device, how ever we decide to slide it in, we're going to have the option to plug in our headphone jack, which is this amazing little plug on the edge of the phone

   In order to show how this works, we'll take the iPhone 6 headphones, which are lovely little dangly white things, and put the phone into the exercise armband
