In order to proceed, you need to unlock your device and go to the home screen

Once on the home screen, locate and tap the applications folder in the lower-right corner

Locate and tap the S Note application icon

The icon has a red box with an "S" inside of it.

In S Note, you'll be able to add a new template document
.
You can do that by tapping on the plus icon in the top-right corner. There will be different buttons at the bottom that will allow you to insert an app.

The furthest button to the left is the insert menu

Tap it once. It will give you the insert menu options. The second option to the bottom is "Maps".

Tap once on "Maps"

Make sure your location services are turned on in order to define your current location.

You can adjust the size of the square and move it wherever you want

For example, let's take a photo of the lake Lisi.

Resize and move the square to capture the object
.
In this video, we need to continue to resize the box in order to get a bigger picture. If the area that you are using is smaller, you can adjust it accordingly by tapping and dragging the corners.

Once the selected image is in the full view of the box, tap on the photo button in the top-right corner

You will take a photo of the desired map location. The captures image will be inserted onto our template.

You can also adjust the image size in the template itself

For example, we drag the corners to make the image smaller.

Tap on the image

You will be able to open this image on the map, cut the image, copy the image, delete the image, and perform other actions associated with S Note.
